Celebrating 5 years at any one company is a milestone, but celebrating 5 years at Spanx is even more special, thanks to a timely gift from our leaders.

Each year, Sara and Laurie Ann gift a Cartier watch to Spanx-ters who’ve put in their five years of shaping service. The duo take the “5-year class” to Cartier to pick out a watch of their own choosing. As they peruse the cases of luxe timepieces, they sip champagne and share stories about their time served.

Time flies when you’re having fun!

The final culmination comes a few weeks later with a celebration in the office, during which Cartier’s staff comes to present the 5 year Spanx-ters with their chosen watches. Congratulations to Chad , Chuck, Barbara, Hilary, Michelle, Ewelina and Tosha!
