Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Utilize elevated levels of sales and client service to maximize sale performance
After closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, alterations (if applicable) and any special request to ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain repeat clientele and ensure staff maintains constant client communication using the client books
Consistently keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures and properly execute all relevant register functions
Assist manager in implementation and maintenance of all merchandising directives
Ensure Presentation and Wardrobe standards are professional & reflect the SPANX brand image at all times

Required Qualifications:

Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service
Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales
Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff
Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service
Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing personal client book and assisting staff with utilizing their client books
Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/ visual directives
Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner and communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflect the brand image at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years retail experience with 1-2 years specialty management
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Keen sense of current fashion trends and fashion sensibility
Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive sales through excellent customer service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business
